Sangaiwe Tented Lodge

Perched on a wooded hillside just outside Tarangire’s Sangaiwe Gate, this relaxed lodge offers big views over Lake Burunge and the surrounding wilderness. Wildlife occasionally wanders through the unfenced grounds, adding a touch of adventure.

Sixteen spacious thatched tents and two family cottages provide comfortable beds, en-suite bathrooms, and cozy seating areas.

A welcoming main area—complete with lounge, bar, restaurant, and panoramic stone terrace—serves fresh, delicious meals and invites guests to unwind after a day in the bush.
