Maasai Giraffe Eco Lodge

A small eco lodge created to support the local Maasai community, located at the foot of Ol Doinyo Lengai near the village of Engaresero. The lodge sits beside Lake Natron in the wide plains of the Rift Valley and is surrounded by volcanic scenery and abundant birdlife.
Wildlife passes through daily, including groups of giraffes returning from the river each morning. Guests can meet local Maasai families and learn about their traditions.
Ten simple Maasai style rooms offer private bathrooms with hot showers, solar fans, terraces, and views of the volcano. A natural pool provides cooling after a hot day, and the restaurant reflects the red colours of Maasai culture.
